Very friendly and welcoming staff. Check in/out process efficient and smooth. Rooms very clean, well appointed, and beds comfortable. The breakfast was top notch with a wide choice. The location is excellent, you are within walking distance to all the major attractions and restaurants. The only downside is that there is only one lift/elevator which can be slow at the busy periods if you are on the upper floors but it is an old building with plenty of charm so it is understandable. We would most definitely return.
Great hotel. Incredibly nice staff. Superb location that is pretty much at the epicenter of all the Rome attractions. We never had to take a taxi. Incredible restaurants and all the top sites were just a 10-20 min walk away. Security was also great since parliament was right next door. We will stay here every time we come back to Rome.
We loved Hotel Nazionale. Very centrally located and can walk to everything. The rooms were very spacious and clean and service was great. There is a nice little bar area in the lobby that was a great spot to relax and have a snack before dinner after a long day of walking and touring. Felt very safe because it is located right near Parliament so we would always need to show our key when entering the area in the evening. Would definitely stay there again!
One of the best hotels I visited! I arrived early because of my flight and they helped me by checking me in as soon as possible!

The rooms are quite nice (on the small side, but that’s to be expected). I’m a light sleeper and the AC in many hotels can be a bit noisy, but here it was hardly noticeable. Plus the location is very quiet. We forgot something in the room, and Loretta and Patrick we’re really helpful in coordinating with me to ship it back to the US. Definitely would stay there again.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Rome. Large gorgeous, clean, beautifully decorated rooms. The included breaks buffet is outstanding! Our view was wondering & the hotel is close to many landmarks. The service is excellent & the staff is amazing. I highly recommend.
